Office Clerk Position Available

 

Description:    Assist in the general operation of the business/billing office. 

Job Duties and Description:

  • Entering customer receipts, data etc
  • Assist with customer billing, collections, and delinquencies
  • Bank Deposit
  • Mail gathering
  • Customer inquiries
  • Produce customer data reports, as requested
  • Work with field personnel, relating to customer information
  • Other duties as assigned based on related work requirements
  • Use of Microsoft Office Products and experience with RVS billing software or other utility billing software is desired, but not required.

  • Wages are dependent on qualifications and work experience.
